Release 2.4.0

This release adds several Equipment management features, such as setting it's status (Clean, Dirty, or Missing), changing properties of several kegs in a batch, specifying which equipment a tap draws from, improvements to WIP history, and a new report for helping plan new brews.

Set equipment's status, roughly representing it's location (Clean, Dirty, Missing)
Make an optional link between a tap's keg to a particular Keg when connecting it
Change Equipment properties in Bulk
Log changes to Equipment
Ensuring all clients have a Discard Tank, and can properly empty it
Run a report to ensure you have the materials on-hand and on-order to schedule a new brew.
Add a discount to all line items in the Point of Sale
Ability to change WIP Entry values
