Release 1.11.0

This release has two major enhancements: Logging on all item rentals, and an Agenda view for the schedule. There are also numerous small improvements.

Details

An agenda view for the production schedule. This is a nicer view when the calendar view becomes too crowded.
Add Logging for rentals. This is a big enhancement to keg tracking, and trouble shooting incorrect data entry.
Further reporting on wholesale summary reports.
Enhanced signature box for deliveries.
The equipment drop down loads much faster on all screens that it is used.
